Founder Marika Ellis, a certified executive coach, is a trained Life Potentials Practitioner as well as a certified facilitator of the Energy Leadership Assessment. Prior to founding Proficio Coaching, she worked in the entertainment industry for companies such as ICM, NBC Universal, Fox, and DreamWorks. During that time she gained valuable experience in many areas of the film industry such as feature film development, production, corporate studio systems, and recruiting. With her previous work experience and a passion to help others, Marika Hull established Proficio Coaching with a mission to aid motivated individuals as they forge ahead in the world of entertainment.

Ongoing support and motivation are the key elements of our professional coaching packages. You’ll learn to define goals, identify hidden assets, develop your networking skills and articulate your professional value. Regular meetings help you maintain focus and stay on track.

While we do utilize proven IPEC and ICF coaching strategies, we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to coaching: we always begin the coaching process by crafting a specialized plan based on the specific goals and unique needs of each and every client.
